The State of Planet “MotherLand” is a state in which all his citizens accept a direct and direct participating in the realization of both the legislative and executive power the activity, or inactivity, accepting or not accepting participating in realization of his projects.

Each of the citizens of State Motherland is right to create the projects and pull out for all citizens. Nobody can compel the citizens of the State Motherland to accept or not accept in one or another projects. All citizens of the State Motherland are a government.

ABILITY TO BE INCLUDED IN TAKING WITH OTHER STATES. State Motherland is a planetary government, and therefore does not limit by some physical scopes to itself.

Not possessing the military powers and renouncing any type of violence both obvious and hidden to all people to above-ground on a planet, the State Motherland is not a threat for any of the existing on earth states. Welcoming a free enterprise and healthy competition, Motherland aims to set the State amities with all the habitants of the planet, regardless of their persuasions on the basis of equal in rights exchange.

The basic resource of the Planetary State Motherland is intellect of his citizens, products of which can be exported in other states of the Planet Earth.
